The legendary Hippodrome Theatre opened on November 23, 1914 and, for over 70 years, served as a movie palace that also showcased some of the top vaudeville performances of the time. It shuttered briefly and reopened with stunning renovation in 2004 as The France-Merrick Performing Arts Center and continues to provide world-class entertainment to downtown Baltimore. They oiffer a wide range of events from Broiadway to concerts.

BALTIMORE SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA
The Baltimore Symphony Orchestra (BSO) is internationally recognized as having achieved a preeminent place among the world's most important orchestras. Acclaimed for its enduring pursuit of artistic excellence, the BSO has attracted a devoted national and international following while maintaining deep bonds throughout Maryland through innovative education and community outreach initiatives. They perform at the Joseph Meyerhoff Symphony Hall that has a seating capacity of 2,443.

MODELL PERFORMING ARTS CENTER
The Modell performings Arts Center is also referred to as The Lyric. It is the home to performances by nationally recognized artists throughout the year. It is Maryland’s premiere historical, architectural, and cultural performing arts venue.
