Can I check-in early or check-out late?
Early arrivals and late departures are always based on availability the hotel and specific room types. We strive to accommodate the needs of all of our guests and we suggest discussing your early arrival and late departure needs directly with the hotel front desk, but please be aware that early arrivals and late departures are never guaranteed.
Arrivals before 2:00 PM and departures after 3:00 PM are subject to fees equal to 50% of your nightly room rate. Arrivals before 10:00 AM and departures after 5:00 PM are subject to full nightly rates.
Can I bring my pets?
Harbor Magic Hotels gladly welcome pets traveling along with their owners at our Admiral Fell Inn and Pier 5 Hotel locations! Pets are not permitted at our Inn at Henderson's Wharf Location.
There is a $49 pet fee per pet, per stay. We do reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee in certain circumstances.
Pets are restricted to well behaved Dogs and Cats under 80 pounds. No exotic animals, reptiles, birds, or any animals which may pose a threat to guests and associates of Harbor Magic Hotels are permitted.
Where should I park?
Valet Parking is available at the Admiral Fell Inn, Pier 5 Hotel and Inn at Henderson's Wharf, please ensure that you work with a uniformed staff member, and receive a key claim ticket when utilizing our valet services. Valet parking allows you unlimited "in and out" privileges during your stay, and is charged to your guest room account.
Self-parking options are available at a variety of city-owned lots and garages in close proximity to the hotels, and are private transactions between the guest and the lot owners. View a map of parking facilities here. If you have specific parking requirements or questions, please contact your Harbor Magic Specialist prior to your arrival at the hotel.
On-Street parking is not available at any time at the Pier 5 Hotel and the Inn at Henderson's Wharf. Very limited on-street parking is available at the Admiral Fell Inn, but has strictly enforced meter rates and time limits.

I'm not driving… how do I get to you from the airport/train station?
Harbor Magic's preferred private transportation provider is ARG Limo & Car Service. Transportation arrangements can be made through your Harbor Magic Specialist, or by contacting ARG directly at 443.322.6263 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org; be sure to mention Harbor Magic for preferred rates and services.
Additionally, you will find BWI Thurgood Marshall Airport and Amtrak's Baltimore Penn Station to be fully equipped with taxi-stands and shuttle services such as Super Shuttle.
What is the schedule for the Harbor Magic Shuttle? Where does it go?
The Harbor Magic Shuttle service is included in your daily destination fee. It operates on a fixed loop between the Harbor Magic Hotels and the Johns Hopkins Medical Campus. The shuttle operates both on a fixed schedule and on-demand depending on the time of day. As the shuttle schedule may change at any time to best suit the needs of our current guests - please check the posted schedule upon your arrival at the hotel.
Do you have refrigerators or roll-away beds available?
A limited number of personal refrigerators and roll-away beds are available at each hotel. Requests are always accepted, but they cannot be guaranteed. Personal refrigerators are available at a cost of $20 per stay, rollaway beds are available at a cost of $20 per night.
Where can I workout? What are the hours at the gym?
Harbor Magic is proud to have partnered with the area's premier health and fitness facility. MAC Wellness Center provides a wide variety of cardiovascular & strength training equipment as well as multiple salt-pure pools and group-exercises classes. MAC Wellness is a quick 1-block walk from the Pier 5 Hotel.

Do you have a pool?
MAC Wellness Center offers full aquatic facilities including:
- 25 yard lap pool. 82 degrees. Perfect for lap swimming, water walking, shallow water exercise classes or swim lessons.
- TWO Warm-Water Therapy Pools. 88 degrees and 92 degrees, with balance bars, seated, standing and deep water exercise areas. Perfect for arthritis therapy, injury rehabilitation, cardiac rehabilitation, pre and post joint replacement, swim lessons, or just floating to relax. You won't want to get out of these pools!
- A huge co-ed whirlpool kept at 104 degrees to soothe sore muscles and soak away tension.

All Harbor Magic Hotels are within walking distance of a convenience store, CVS Pharmacyfor Pier 5 Hotel, and 7-11 for the Admiral Fell Inn and the Inn at Henderson's Wharf.
A Whole Foods grocery store and bakery is available in the Harbor East shopping area.
What is in my room?
Every Harbor Magic guest room includes flat-panel television, remote control, telephone, wired or wireless internet access, full-size irons and ironing boards, hairdryer, bath amenities, coffee and tea service and valet dry-cleaning services.
Parking Rates throughout the City of Baltimore are subject to 20% City Tax.
Harbor Magic charges a nightly fee of $9.95 on all room rates. This includes high-speed internet access, toll-free and local calling, business center use, Harbor Magic Events and Shuttle Services. Guests traveling with reservations pre-paid through Expedia, Priceline, Hotels.com and other pre-paid internet travel providers are still responsible for this nightly fee.
